By downloading, installing, or using the AC5D Construction mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
- Mark property on a map and get estimated cost and timeline.
- Post property publicly for contractors.
- Contractors can browse, contact, and negotiate.
- Built-in chat and call features.
- Contractors can showcase portfolios.
- Users can view portfolios before hiring.
3. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial construction-related purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement.
4. Free Plans and Free Trials
Free plans are automatically activated on registration and expire after a set period. No payment is required during this trial. You may upgrade anytime.
5. Paid Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before expiration.
- Charged to Apple ID at confirmation.
- Manage subscriptions via App Store settings.
- No partial refunds for unused time.
6. User Conduct
- No misleading property data.
- No impersonation.
- No illegal or offensive content.
- No scamming or fraud.
7. Contractor Responsibilities
- Provide truthful profiles and portfolios.
- No spam or unsolicited messages.
- Maintain professionalism and transparency.
8. Communication Tools
The App enables chat and calls. We do not monitor conversations but may act upon abuse reports.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are a platform provider only, not responsible for issues between users and contractors.
11. Changes to Terms
Terms may change at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
